Fundamentals of RCM Analysis
This course is designed to provide an introduction to the RCM process and introduce the skills necessary to perform RCM analysis. The class is intended for anyone interested in performing RCM analysis or responsible for implementing an RCM program, including equipment maintainers and operators, maintenance planners and managers, engineers, and logisticians. The course is based on the RCM process provided by NAVAIR 00-25-403 (an SAE JA1011-compliant RCM process) and provides practical knowledge and case studies that can be incorporated into any RCM process. In addition to introducing the RCM process, the course reviews the role of RCM in industry today, the history and benefits of RCM, and issues related to implementing and sustaining an RCM Program. The course satisfies the requirements for level 1 certification as defined by NAVAIR 00-25-403.
